these amazing, caring and loving grandparents deserve to have custody of Andrew. They have gone above and beyond to help this little boy with his healing process and he deserves to be with them now and forever. May God bless this family and this baby boy and may he have a full recovery. My heart is with them every step of the way.

Cynthia and Charles Owen have been amazing and the primary caregivers for baby Andrew since he was abused by his mother's boyfriend. Andrew's safety and health should be the primary concern, and the Owen's are the ones who cN provide this for him. And are currently providing this for him.
