Charles and Cynthia Owens are the most loving grandparents I've ever seen..They definitely should have custody of precious Andrew. His safety is most important.

They hold needs a safe environment to be loved and grow in and it is in my honey opinion that his mother will not be able to provide such. This child needs to go home with his maternal grandparents as they can provide what he needs for the present and future.

This baby has been through enough! Please let him be with his loving grandparents where he will be safe, loved, and we'll taken care of! I have been following the story since day one and I have seen the amount of love and care that they have given Baby Andrew. They have his best interest at heart and I personally couldn't imagine him any safer with anyone else than he is with them! He surely has a long road ahead and his Nanny and Papa will be there holding his hand every step of the way! This baby deserves to be happy after all he has already been through!

I have been following the story since day one and I have seen the amount of love and care that they have given Baby Andrew. They have his best interest at heart and I personally couldn't imagine him any safer with anyone else than he is with them! He surely has a long road ahead and his Nanny and Papa will be there holding his hand every step of the way! This baby deserves to be happy after all he has already been through!

i pray daily for Baby Andrew. he is a true miracle. i pray for a full recovery and for justice for the person who harmed this sweet innocent baby. i also pray that custidy be granted to these amazing and supportive grandparents.

I have been following Baby Andrews story...all i can say is that he belongs with his Mr and Mrs Owens. These grandparents have shown this innocent little Angel that life is not about quitting...its about living. Baby Andrew has proven that he wants to live!! And he will be much better off with his grandparents who have shown him 110% more love than his birth mother. xoxo

I have been following Baby Andrews story...all i can say is that he belongs with his Mr and Mrs Owens. These grandparents have shown this innocent little Angel that life is not about quitting...its about living. Baby Andrew has proven that he wants to live!! And he will be much better off with his grandparents who have shown him 110% more love than his birth mother. xoxo

Most definitely it is imperative that Andrew goes home with his grandparents. His grandparents have been there day and night with Andrew who is lucky to be alive considering what abuse he has suffered. His mother's poor judgment is not in the best interest of this child. There is no way to tell at this point what the damage is to him and what kind of help he will need in the future. He will need two experienced adults to manage his care and needs. It is my opinion that his mother is not able to provide the skills, reliability, stability this child will need going forward. Protecting this little baby should be first and foremost.
