Baby Andrew deserves a good, safe home and environment. That safe environment would be to be with the grandparents. They have taken care of him every step of the way during his recovery. They love him so much, you can just tell by the posts on the facebook page.

This child was a gift from God, and now Andrew is a miracle from God. God has shown all of us he is in control. Please allow his Grandparents Charles and Cynthia to become the parents he deserves. They love him so much and have spent alot to let Andrew know they will protect him. Please let him have the peace he so needs.
