The Owens definitely deserve full/permanent custody of baby Andrew. There is absolutely no logical or justifiable reason for the birth mother to have Andrew near her again. Fully support Mr and Mrs Owens gaining custody.

If it's for the best interest of the child, then do what is right, and give this child to who has been there for him this whole time, his grandparents!! This is all about baby Andrew and what's best for him, don't forget that!!

It's obvious where this beautiful baby belongs and who is going to give him the best chance to recover. He's beaten all the odds and doesn't deserve to have the system fail him now.
