Please grant custody of Andrew to Mr. And Mrs Charles Owens. They love this child very much and he needs to feel safe and loved everyday. Which he was not getting from his mother and her boyfriend.

i believe that the grandparents should have sole custody of Andrew. They have been by his side whe his mother has been absent. They are what's best for him in my opinion. Thanks
