Andrews grandparent's have been by his side for every bit of bad news and good news. Andrew belongs in a loving home where he does not become a statistic. We have all watched Andrew grow from our phones, our computers and our hearts. It takes a village to raise a child and we are all here to help mentally and physically. Baby Andrew is a gift from God! a pure miracle! He's in my thoughts and prayers day in and day out. He definitely should be with his grandparents!
