birth "mother" is unfit and put child in peril ... i pray that Andrew has a much better chance with Charles and Cynthia Owens, and support this petition to keep Baby Andrew away from said "mother" .

This previous baby has suffered enough and needs to be in a stable and loving environment. His Grandparents have proven many times over how much they love him by being there throughout his healing process. Without question, they should be granted custody of baby Andrew.

This baby boy has been thru enough. He has loving grandparents who want to take care of him. Let them love him and raise him in a safe and loving enviroment.
