I think that baby Andrew needs to be with his Nanny and Papa Cynthia&Charles Owens they have his best interest at heart and will nake sure he is safe and healthy and well taken care of. Lord please see that they allow Baby Andrew gets to go home with his Nanny and Papa and that they get full custody of Andrew...
