Andrews grandparents should be granted full custody!!! He needs a safe and loving environment!!! He will have this with his grandparents. Andrews mother obviously does not put him first and doesn't seem concerned at all!!!! Andrew survived this child abuse!!!! Thanks be to God! But if he is left with his mother... He may not be so lucky next time!!! She is still with the creep who abused baby Andrew!!! Please do the right thing!!! Give the Owens baby Andrew!!!

Baby Andrew needs to be with someone who will love him unconditionally and always put his life and his needs above theirselves. His grandparents have already proved that they are more then just care givers, they are his only chance at a normal childhood and they have shown us all that follow Baby Andrew just what True Love is and what it truly means.

In granting custody to Charles and Cynthia owens, this will guarantee the safety of baby Andrew. please do not turn this child over to the mother and endanger his life anymore. please do not overlook the severity of this act as have other government agencies in the past. it is not safe for Andrew to be placed with his biological mother

Baby andrew deserves to be love and safe and with the people who have done just that please give him to his grandparent's so he can live happy and safe with people who will and have proven they will protect him at all costs

please allow baby Andrew to be in the custody of his grandparents as they have proven that they are capable and indeed want to take full custody and responsibility for this child wear as his natural mother does not and has not shown in any way that she is capable mentally and more than likely financially to take care of this child
