Charles and Cynthia Owens need to have full custody of baby Andrew he deserves someone(s) who care about his needs and love him and will provide for him with what he needs and especially now not knowing what medical needs he will face. Please grant custody to them as he needs this for his life to be better!

This baby is an absolute Miracle. Giving him back to the mother who is standing beside and planning to marry the monster who hurt him is outrageous. He can't speak for himself so we need to be his voice, let his grandparents who love him and have been by his side take him home and keep him safe.

I strongly agree that baby Andrew should live with his grandparents and not the mother. I say this because I feel if Andrew is to returne home with his mother that the same incident might occur but baby Andrew might not be as luck as he was the first time. Any mother why is still with the man who has done something so horabal to her child obviously has no concern of her own child's safety regardless if she thinks he did or did not do harm to baby Andrew she should still be worried of him being around Andrew. But she has shown no concern on if her child will live her only concerns are for her boyfriend. If Andrew does go back to his mothers care she needs to see a doctor about pssd I feel the mother herself isn't seeing things clearly and this could be why. And do not think that Andrew should be around the mothers boyfriend at all unless supervised by another responsible addult.
