Andrew should be given to his Grandparents with out a doubt ! I have been following this story and the only people I have seen by Baby Andrews side every day are his Grandparents!!! God Bless You for being awesome Grandparents!

It is only right Charles and Cynthia have full custody. They love Andrew with all their hearts, and he is safe with them.

I believe that baby Andrew should go home from the hospital with his grandparents they both with him sense he landed in the hospital . any child or children should always feel safe and baby Andrew looks safe with his grandparents please but
