Andrew needs special care which I have no doubt only his caring grandparents can provide at this stage in his fragile life.

I agree that this little miracle should be in the care and custody of his grandparents instead of his biological mom, who's still planning a feature with her babies alleged assaulter!

I have not signed one of these before but I just want to say that I have been following Baby Andrew since his page was created to support the grandparents and this precious angel. He has suffered irreversible damage that no baby should have to and I feel it is in the best interest of Andrew to be with his grandparents Charels and Cynthia Owens. Prayers that he is able to go home with the two that would go to the ends of the earth to protect him.

He has suffered irreversible damage that no baby should have to and I feel it is in the best interest of Andrew to be with his grandparents Charels and Cynthia Owens.
