Baby Andrew deserves to be put with his grandparents! they've took care of him this whole time and stayed by his side. his mom has only been to see him 4 times...the grand parents deserve to have full custody of Andrew so he doesn't get abused again

These grandparents should be given parental rights god forbid if baby Andrew went back to that life again god knows what could happen
