Andrew needs to be in a stable loving environment,and. that is definitely with his grandparents they have been with Andrew through all his recovery never leaving him on his own, more than what his own mother should be doing. I know without a doubt Andrew will have a loving safe home with his grandparents.

if his mother did not stop the abuse she will not stop it in the future a mother is sopose to proctect her child not allow things to happen to them his grandparents shouldgive him to the OWENS

I totally support Andrew going home with his grandparents and not his mama. If she ever gets to see him it needs to be supervised and never let him be around the abuser. She can't care about him to have only visited him 4 times. Fight baby Andrew God has a plan for you. Praying for all.
