Custody of Baby Andrew To be Granted to Charles and Cynthia Owens

Been following this story since it first happened to Andrew. He is always on my mind and in my heart.

I don't believe this child should go back to the mother since she is still by the abusers side who caused this to happen to this dear child. He needs to stay with his grandparents who have brought him so far in his recovery.
