I was just looking through some old yearbooks this morning and it really hits you how much Curtis meant to everyone back then (and still does) which is honestly the fuel keeping this whole thing moving forward. People have been sending me the best stories about his games and it makes me think the board really has no idea what they are missing out on if they keep ignoring us. Just trying to figure out the best way to get on the agenda for their next meeting so hang tight because I am definitely not giving up.

Working for CB the last 2 years allowed me to see his pride for Gateway. This is an honor that would bring him pride, as well as honor which he clearly deserves.
Curtis Bray was a great example of the talent that has came out of the AAAA and Western Pennsylvania. I don't know a single person who he lined up against that didn't respect him on and off the field. RIP Curtis.
Curtis was a very good friend of my two older brothers Lamont&Maurice Smith .Curtis was a wonderful man and role model it is the least thing Gateway can do for one if it's most outstanding alumni
This would be such a fitting tribute for this former Gator student-athlete. Curt's actions on and off the field more than qualify him for this honor. As great an athlete he was, he was en even more amazing person.
Curtis was one of the most stand up, kind heart, and definitely the most amazing athlete that ever past thru Gateway and this would be a great way to have his legacy continue at Gateway
Inspiring gentleman, well deserving !
Though I did not know Curtis, I do remember hearing of him. I have friends that knew him well and from their shared memories of him, this would be a very fitting honor.

As a freshman I would look in the trophy case and see his Gatorade all American trophy.. I said to my self I want to be like Curtis Bray..
