The administration keeps ignoring us but the emails I get from faculty members prove that we are not alone in this fight. It is exhausting work to keep pushing against a closed door. We have to keep showing them that the curriculum belongs in the hands of those who teach it.

The momentum behind this push is heavy and real. I am exhausted by the constant uphill battle but seeing this level of backing keeps me focused on the path ahead.

ADMINS NEED TO STAY IN THEIR LANE. DO NOT TAKE AWAY FACULTY CONTROL.
They want to turn cuny into just another corporate machine. Not suprised but it is real sad.
Academic freedom is a joke at CUNY lately. Stop messin with the curriculum.
Leave the curriculum to the experts who actually teach the classes. Simple as that.
I hope they listen. Professors have been running the show for a reason.
