The state of Texas does not allow for SNAP benefits recipients to pay for their groceries via curbside or delivery without a credit or debit card. During this COVID19 pandemic we see it neccessary to allow SNAP beneficiaries to be allowed to pay for their curbside or delivery groceries using their SNAP benefits and not a credit or debit card. This will benefit all peoples involved as we work to protect out communities, families and each other. All people deserve to have safe access to food.
