adding to the impact of R4 on existing R1 lot: more cars causing traffic and parking issues, more children requiring more schools.

I’m a realtor that works with a lot developers.
Upzoning will make me a lot of money but will do nothing to address housing affordability. I am therefore strongly against it.

Up-zoning deregulates market rate speculative developers which then turns our neighborhoods into investment properties, instead of providing the types of housing we need. This creates even more economic and racial disparity in our community. There are other options that meet our community needs and reverse the discriminatory policies of the past, however up-zoning take those options away. We need a full, fact and evidence based, community dialogue to find the right solutions for Culver City.

This is an ill conceived plan. Do not re zone Culver City! This is not a law other neighboring city officials have said no to this. Why is the Culver City Mayor trying to push this through. Follow the money and you will find the corruption! Keep our R1 Zoning!!

leave Culver City intact this will not be affordable housing as they claim it will be a payday for developers and do NOTHING for affordability whatsoever..the data doesnt lie but our 3 members of council do!

The council is more interested in advancing their own careers rather than doing what is best for the community. They have done NOTHING for the residents, only catered to special interests and their "funders".

Stop this madness. I was so frightened I sold my house and moved. Maybe you should pay attention to the residents who make Culver City a wonderful town.

Upzoning is the most insane idea for Culver City. That will end in disaster for the City. Let's work on plans that will create actual Affordable Housing.
