Cultural Care requires women au pairs to have 250 hours of childcare references against men's 500 and this is in the countries where men are allowed to become au pairs at all.
What we want is for the qualification hours required by the program to become an au pair to be equal for men and women. We also want everybody to be allowed to have a chance at this experience regardless of who they are.
