What we want is for the qualification hours required by the program to become an au pair to be equal for men and women. We also want everybody to be allowed to have a chance at this experience regardless of who they are.

I think both men and women can have the same opportunities, specially when men can be as good at taking care of kids as woman

this is honestly crazy. why are we still living in the dark ages? guys can look after kids just fine without having to do extra hoops
