Parking in this street is already problematic and this would just make it a lot worse.

This is a residential area with very little parking, it is not suitable for a business such as that which is subject of this petition. It will be extremely unfair to allow it in a small close of mainly older people.

Ridiculous suggestion for a close this small.

like others have said if its anything like 174 fox lane i,ve counted up to 8 cars on that drive with some parked on the grass verge. I,m guessing staff will just park anywhere causing problems to other homeowners

I don’t think it is an appropriate location for this kind of placement.

The house is too close to the corner for that many cars to be outside it could cause collisions and damage to other peoples property making the cul-de-sec dangerous for the current residents.

To many cars on the cul-de-sac already, it’s not designed for what the council are proposing!!

Makes no sense to use this location. Totally unsuitable for the intended purpose. The council need to reject this planning application.

We oppose this decision.

Totally oppose the application. The Close is a quiet residential area with very limited parking for residents and their guests as it is. The added vehicles will cause massive disruption as it does already with the house on Fox Lane.

Complete disregard for space, privacy and the people of this close. The surrounding streets will also feel the increase in traffic and parking spaces being used up. Elderly people could be restricted of any care they might need as many residents are getting to that age. Any emergency services will be held up, without access as this is at the very front of the close. This location makes no sense.

Terrible idea, a very small close that will just be impossible to enter if this goes ahead. Good luck to bin men/ deliveries in isolation/ anyone wanting to be visited by family anymore on this close.

It is a most inappropriate place to put this type of development. The noise crated by the children and staff in the garden. will be as bad as we get from number 174 Fox lane, the wailing and shouting is very disturbing. Also where are the staff going to park their cars? One Cedarwood Drive, blocking the driveways. of more senior citizens.
