I have been Attending CTU since August of 2014 and the consistency of the Financial Aid Department is non-existant, they are rude and unprofessional, no one gives you information as to what the problem is with a stipend that is technically yours, since most of it comes from funds that is left over from your tuition that you have to pay back at the end of your schooling. Something needs to be done. CTU needs to change their policies as well as how these instructors treat their students when it comes to grading scales..There are so many issues with CTU. They are so expensive and yet still you are getting treated as if they are doing you a favor.

I think something needs to be done. I have worked in customer service field and I feel it's important to tell the truth. If you don't know an answer than you shouldn't be afraid to ask. Instead of giving me or any student

This school is to expensive, they hold your stipend money like you don't need it, and never gives you a definite answer to any questions.

I have only been going here sense July 2015. I am a very concerned student. FA has no consistency. I am considering finding another school to attend. I work hard on my classes to get my degree. I will elaborate but there are a few very odd things that just cant be right that I have dealt with, so my concern is very real. So I am signing this petition because if they have no regard for us students then they should be shut down at least the online school. enough is enough. Larry T Powell Jr

I had an issue with a grade and I submitted a grade appeal. My grade appeal was valid but was denied because the instructor has the right to give whatever grade he/she likes without giving a valid reason why. Therefore, seeking a second opinion from an outside source (the board of appeals) is pointless. This one of the worst schools in the world and I recommend everyone stay away! If I didn't have 2 courses left to complete my degree I would definitely transfer! The financial aid reps are awful, rude, and very unknowledgeable in regards to their duties of the position they hold. Bad! Bad! Bad! Stay away please!

My funds has been sitting in my student account for a week today. This is causing interruption in my school because I have other educational expenses beside CTU. I need my funds now. Thank you

The school never inform the students about what going on and when you call someone it's a attitude or misleading information. Nobody on the same page every person tells you something different! I'm thinking about finding a school that cares about the students and always keep me informed

Next step is to flood the Facebook page New to CTU with comments saying get out now to cut their new students off before they get sucked in. Join the page and select the newest enrollment period and tell the new students your issues. The school will make changes if forced to. Don't be rude, just facts. Be professional about it. Many students get sucked in and simply cannot transfer. Let's put an end to this until things are changed. Students will listen to actual current students a lot more than faculty looking to make money off of them. Some will stay but many will find another school.
