They are completely incompetent and garbage mentality even thevdamn bank lets you change your email if you suffer from a cyber attack but bitrue and the people that works there are trash.....

I manage to change my email address at 2 other crypto exchanges within 7 days. Submitted KYC documents. Only bitrue say cannot change email address due to security. Bitrue has lousy security. That’s why!!
