Bitrue has no customer service. Be warned. Ignore messages. Often block the withdrawal, most of the funds I was not allowed to withdraw.

I am a recent user. I was banned from trading for some unknown reason of aggressive trading. I did everything with my own hands, I did not involve any forbidden things. What is aggressive trading I did not get a clear answer. Please return what is blocked on my account and belongs to me.

I can't always cancel my orders in the order book. Because of what the deposit sags because of their inability to do something. The proposal to return the funds lost due to an error through their fault was rejected.

When they unfreeze my assets I don't even know... My asset balance is legal and I have not committed any fraudulent actions. I want to get my assets unfrozen to get them away from this fraudulent exchange.

I am amazed at the audacity with which Bitrue steals money from his investors' accounts! Read her tweet and you will see how many people have been duped! This petition should help depositors get their money back and punish Bitrue for such fraudulent actions!!!

I worked long hours to earn the money Bitrue stole from me! I am very sorry that I did not carefully read the agreement, which I signed before depositing money in this exchange. In paragraph 6 it is clearly stated that Bitrue has the right at its discretion to block the account and take the money to itself! With me they did so! Thieves! Check the legality of the exchange!

I used margin trading for a large amount. And my stop-loss did not work. I lost a large amount of money. I think it wasn't even a system failure, it was the exchange staff that cancelled it manually.

First they accused me of arbitrage, then of aggressive trading. I don't know what that is at all. I bought an asset and after a while I sold it. Is that illegal trading? Then all exchanges should block accounts, but for some reason only Bitrue does that. So there is only one conclusion, these are scammers who are covered by someone.

got scammed for money. I kept funds on several exchanges and it was Bitrue that robbed me of 30% of my total deposit. On what grounds I really want to know. I think in court I will win the dispute with them.
