I'm a U.S. citizen that WAS approved for level 2 KYC verification. I have taken out and paid back a few loans with Bitrue since being verified using my XRP holdings as collateral. Bitrue rejected my KYC verification recently with NO WARNING and I have an outstanding loan with them that I am now unable to pay back to get my collateral back since now I no longer have KYC verification. I've su mitted 3 support tickets and Bitrue's customer service has only replied that my verification was revoked due to "regulatory uncertainty in my region". All of my emails to Bitrue continue to be ignored! Help!!!

They manipulate this arbitrage degree N to steal money from you, there is no such thing on any exchange. This is fraud on the part of BITRUE exchange employees.

An acquaintance of mine had that with XLM coin when he deposited during a network failure. The deposit was made, but no coins were deposited. The deposit address is correct.

My account got hacked. They have all my information and made me do everything all over again. They claim that your assets is safe on there exchange. Clearly it’s not. How sad, had great opportunity to become a great exchange yet did not follow on what they advertised. Lost all my assets with the dollar amount to it. False advertising

Was wrongfully restricted from account trading because of "arbitrage". I was buying and selling on THEIR platform and they were making money from fees from me, almost $50 a day for the first half of 2021. Tgeir fees for trades would range from $1 to almost $6 sometimes with the same amount of value for trade. My source if income has been compromised and would like all my money back that I gave them in fees. Even when they make money from you, if you're winning, they still don't want you to win. They need justice.

Bitrue announced on February 2021 that they had a system glitch that sent accounts to zero. They admitted that accounts were showing zero. They said that would correct it and restore costumers accounts. They never did. They stole my VET and ADA assets.
