We, the undersigned residents, are opposed to the development of a Costco and three office buildings near the intersection of Aldan Avenue, Conchester Road and Evergreen Drive. Building this development would cause traffic to spill into our neighborhoods, drastically affect the safety of our roads, and negatively effect our overall quality of life. We encourage Concord Township officials to vote against this project and continue to help Concord Township grow in a smart and sustainable way.
