Cars are too fast travelling along that road. My primary school aged sons friend had a nasty accident on that spot.

Heavy traffic area, often speeding cars. This road has a community hall, scout hall, gym and nursery school on it and no safe way to cross for pedestrians, particularly children and the elderly. Come on RCT Council, you know it makes sense!!

I live down crown hill and this road definitely need a crossing this is the children’s road to cross and also where the collage bus stops so important and should of been done years ago

Long overdue. Difficult at times to cross Crown Hill. There are two nurseries, community activities , scouts guides etc in scout hall, Crown Hill is a school route for young children and a pick up and drop off for school bus. Well done Joel getting this petition. Hope this gets approved and if it does make sure its a raised pedestrian crossing so it will also slow down the speeding traffic. Thank you.

I think this is a very good idea.I go walking quite a bit and it’s always a problem crossing busy roads.

I couldn't agree more with one of the comments already posted regarding the planning stage of the Church Village bypass. In my opinion the bypass has created more problems than it solved with a huge increase in traffic and an increase in the speed of traffic coming off the bypass. Obviously it was to much to ask for planners to think ahead.

Definitely needed. Shame nothing can be done about the number of people parking illegally on the estate as well. It's at times like this when I wish I owned my own private clamping company. I could make a fortune!
Also, people driving around complete idiots, and with illegally parked cars, it's become the biggest obstacle course ever!

This should have been considered during planning for the by-pass, Crown Hill is now a slip road.
Also average speed cameras needed .
