Crowdstars Happy Pets game has been having issues since April 5, 2015. Most people can't move their baskets into the Nursery, if the do get them there they can't get them fed or won't grow even if they are in another room of the house. Social Breed baskets are stuck in the giftbox and can't be taken out. Adoption pets are stuck in the giftbox and can't be taken out and placed in a room, once refreshed they return to the giftbox. Pets bought from the store won't grow because you can't keep them fed once refreshed. It won't save actions once the romm is decorated and refreshed. This is day 8 of having these issues with the game, and need to be addressed please.
Crowdstar has a Facebook page and a Forum Dedidicated to Happy Pets, why are these not being updated on a regular basis when the game is down, why does it take a Month to answer consumer tickets? We the consumers spend a lot of time and money to suport Crowdstar and to keep the game running, and ask that you please address these issues as soon as possible.

THIS MOMENTUM IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AND SHOWS THAT WE ARE DONE WAITING FOR ANSWERS!! THE SCALE OF THIS SUPPORT PROVES THAT THE PLAYER COMMUNITY DESERVES RESPECT AND IMMEDIATE ACTION FROM THE LEADERSHIP AT CROWDSTAR!!

The creators of this game care more about money. Almost everything cost real life money, you can't get any pets you want unless you trade with someone, yet bugs and glitches are making that impossible! The creators should know that if they don't update the game, people will stop playing? NO PLAYERS = NO MONEY!!!
This game is glitchy as hell. But no updates have been made to fix it. In the meantime, items are selling for real life dollars, but bugs are continuing which make the game difficult for people to even play.
I have not played in 3 weeks because of all the problems. I have spent over $200 in this game. come on please fix it so it can enjoy playing. it's not just a game it has helped me with my depression and my kids also loves to help me play.
i have sent tickets eah time something went wrong with my game. the only things i can do now is breed (but they will never grow), clean litter boxes, and feed my animals. i bought a room when i leveled up, and all the fruniture at the end of the piles back into the center of the room. it would be nice if they fixed the game before adding new things to thte store to sell, which they have done 3 times now! they can work on that but not the game itself. its rigged i say!
I have not been able to send neighbors request and I have done 5 tickets and they tell me that the problem is fix and I still can't send the request
We can 't take babies out of the nursery- All the rooms and yards says: 00 on them. When on earth is this game going 2 get fixed??? SMH!!!!!

Please help your players we desrve respect! Many of us played this game for years and spent our own money on it, saving up for cute pets! But, what do we get in return? We need some help here, please help us soon! We can't see our pets, screens are white, pets don't move from room to room, babies can't grow up from nursery. Some have load issues. Help now! It should be fun!
