Dangerous Roads near Ark Academy School- Petition for two pedestrian crossings

My son is autistic and this gives me much pleaser to sign and more importantly for my son to have equal opportunity to be safe Great idea well done

My lad is in the nurture unit in ark due to his speacial needs He has very little road sence & I sigh a sigh of relief each night he comes home safely The roads & lack of crossing scares me He attends school at different times I will only allow him to travel with his sister, when he starts late or finishes early I collect him Good luck

This is a very busy road and requires road crossings for children's safety.

A pedestrian crossing is much needed here for the safety of my children and all the other children at Ark Putney Academy as well as local residents.

My son's phone was stolen after school on the bus last year. And the police officer is still investigating. Everyone need to help to make around school is safe for children.

I’m always worried, safety measurements are not enough specially on the high way as well where a lot of busses & cars are crossing. There must be a special speed limit & a big sign of students crossing for vehicles to take care & slow down. I think the council should care as well about the safety of the children when they are going back home specially in winter time when it gets dark very early & the area around the school is so quiet.

Absolutely needed. The kids are constantly crossing and having to asses whether drivers will stop for them or not.

This crossing is very dangerous for all pupils coming in from Putney / Wandsworth / Southfields as the bus stops on the other side of the road. There is rarely a traffic break, a crossing is very much needed. Sarah Libbey

This is a great idea the roads are manic around the school both am and pm and cars are often speedy !! I strongly agree this would be a safe option

The children are in so much risk as they just cross anywhere possible , and this can be dangerous for the children, I don’t see any secure way for the children to cross the road , normally in Many schools I have notice there’s is this metal bars gate like separating the road and pavement, but at ark Putney there is no such. Thing in place
