We should get the UN to agree that when immigrants have no means of support, use our hospitals, are sent to prison here (or they re sent basck to their own country to serve the time for crime in the UK), education, food and accommodation, elderly care home, until they have made 5 years contributions. They must declare if they own property in the country they have come from. They must have the means to fly back home to thier own country - when they arrive and this must be depsoited with our immigraion so that if they have to be deported the UK does not have to pay. They must attend course of introduction as to the laws of this country especially with regard to driving and insurance.
