I am starting this petition to see how many people in Manitowoc agree that we need a Crisis Center here in town. A Crisis Center is a place for people who are struggling with self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and alcoholism to go where they can talk to someone about their problems and to get help. It is an emergency center and would not be a treatment center. If necessary patients who are seen at the center may get referred to a clinic/treatment center if necessary.
