NOTICE: Investigate the criminal acts that have harmed the people and have been against both the state and national Constitutions designed to protect their un-a-lien-able rights during the alleged Covid-19 pandemic. Herbert, Cox, Miner and Dunn have gone into dishonor for neglecting to respond to our Notice of Liability containing our affidavit and are therefore in default.
Why is this important?
To restore natural property (rights) bestowed on the men, women and children of Utah to live freely according to the dictates of their conscience. Government has failed their oaths to protect the people’s property (rights), and infringed on them causing harm to the men, women and children of Utah.
Governor Gary R. Herbert admittedly took money from the Rockefeller foundation on August 6, 2020, and that he continues to illegally extend the state of emergency for federal money. Moreover, he has the participation of Spencer J. Cox, Angela Dunn, and Joseph K. Miner. We seek a criminal investigation to address these wrongs of trespass on our property (rights), and we require you to secure constitutional law by restoring our un-a-lien-able property (rights).

No amount of money invested or federally granted is worth the social, emotional, psychological, and economic damage you all continue to inflict. It’s ok to retract, show humility, and re-think this whole mess. Do the right thing.
Governor Herbert and lieutenant governor Cox have violated our state and federal Constitution by opposing mandates contrary to our right to liberty and freedom to assembly. It appears they have done so for financial gain and they should be investigated for criminal charges.
Herbert, Cox, Miner, and Dunn have been complicit in using conjecture as a basis to take our rights and inflict physical, mental, financial, and emotional harm and abuse on Utahns, all 4 using false testimony and media panic to further their criminal acts against us.
0.04% mortality rate. I have a higher chance of dying from a mountain lion. Increase in bacterial pneumonia cases BECAUSE of mask wearing. Businesses shuttered and lost. We've lost 6 months of SCHOOLING which is devastating our future citizens. UNACCEPTABLE!!
Governor Herbert, your mask mandates have harmed public schools. 9,000 Utahns have now chosen homeschool. Mandatory vaccines will further harm public education. There are therapies for Covid. We should not rush a vaccine or give an untested vaccine to the public.
Be honest. Have integrity and admit ALL of your illegal activities.
I have tried to contact Cox by phone facebook. I can not wear a mask do to a chronic cough. He will not call me back will not answer me instead gets on the media and attacks me. This is not somebody we want in charge. it is against my Constitution and Bill of Rights to be forced to do something that is bringing harm to myself call

The restrictions and the mandates are beyond ridiculous, and need to be stopped. My wife has melanoma cancer and her level of care has been awful since the shutdown and beginning of the mandates.
