The people who are working for this establishment have already been wonderful contributors to the community. Please allow them to bring this great establishment, with its historical ties and community roots, to our neighborhood.

I live within 2 blocks of this bar, My private home is grandfathered in, but currently zoned as CMX2. When they redid the zoning maps in this immediate area, they did not take into account the nuances of this neighborhood. Please, in the interest of everything that is Philly, let this place open. I will gladly sign any petition that furthers this interest!

As a resident two blocks from C&Ps location, I fully support the opening of this local brewpub.

As a property owner and neighbor I am concerned about this additional hurdle so late in the game. We all have a vested interest in our neighborhood and its success depends on anchoring the commercial corridor on Girard which has proven to be quite a struggle. We understand that other similar enterprises have opened under the same zoning in the city. It should be noted that this neighborhood was the former powerhouse of breweries in the city - hence the name. Please grant them the approvals they need to see their hard work and dreams come to fruition and inject some energy into the Girard corridor.

As a propery-owner within two blocks of the planned site of C&P: let them get on with their plans! Stop blocking C&P, already. Return the breweries to Brewerytown.

As a neighbor who has been following the plight of this brewery as they attempt to enliven the neighborhood, I am saddened that they have yet another hurdle before them. Please let them open, bring eyes to the street and tax dollars to the city, and stop the red tape already!

If you have allowed other establishments to open under the same code why are you not allowing crime and punishment to open their business. These young entrepreneurs have been working so hard and following all requirements. Let them serve our neighborhood and move forward.

Please allow new businesses like this to open and thrive in our neighborhood. All this red tape they've encountered is the crime & punishment! Let Brewerytown have a brewery.
