So happy to see W Girard being revitalized with new businesses. Our neighborhood can't wait for C&P to open!

Consistently applied laws are key to a vibrant city. If the other brewpubs are zoned CMX then it should follow that CMX zoning is adequate for Crime and Punishment

It would be unconstitutional to not allow Crime & Punishment to proceed post haste.

It is inconceivable that after all this time, expense, and the many licenses and approvals that have been required, a new zoning requirement is being considered which may adversely impact this new business initiative.

I support Crime and Punishment Brewing Company. The current CMX Zoning should be adequate considering that their peers in the city are able to operate under this zoning designation.

This establishment is run by people who are very active in and care very much about their community. C&P will be a positive thing for Brewerytown.

I live in the area and support this effort. Preventing red tape is important in this instance and as a precedent for further improvement of Girard avenue.
