I am a Philadelphia resident, and I support Crime & Punishment Brewing Co. If other brewpubs are able to operate under CMX zoning, then Crime & Punishment should be able to as well.

If others doing the same business are using CMX zoning there is no reason to discourage a new business from doing the same. LET MY PEOPLE BREW!

Considering that the city of Philadelphia has already set a precedent with allowing similar businesses to operate under the same conditions, I would hope that the Zoning Board would approve.

Our city can only improve from young and determined entrepreneurs! Additions of establishments like this are only positive for brewerytown. Please change the zoning.

I'm a resident of 29th and poplar. We've been looking forward to the brewery opening for a year now. We are looking forward to another place to clean up and bring revenue to Girard ave.
