The executors have not complied with the terms of the Last Will and Testament nor have they executed their fiduciary responsibilities to the Estate of Madeline L. Creedon. Further, they have allowed the estate assets to be depleted through the gouging of attorney fees and have conspired to cover up the embezzlement of the estate funds.
