Credit Bureaus: financial reform

The economy of the USA is based on credit. Yet the routine credit history info used is based only on what the TOO BIG TO FAILS have reported on the general consumer. Smaller businesses have no why to report such info. The fee structures & minimum report requirements of the credit bureaus are only completable by large companies.
All businesses must have have accessability to the reporting system.
The oversight of this missed reform must be corrected.
