This would be great for the kids of Liberty County, the more opportunity they have to interact with other kids and other schools the more they are involved in school activities.

I want to give everyone a little more info on the wrestling program we are trying to get started at LCHS. I understand that funding is tight with everything going on and other sports have been waiting on much needed equipment and we are not trying to take away from that. I have spoke to the administration at the school and I will pay for the expenses for the wrestling team out of my pocket and I have agreed to coach it for a minimum of 5 years , but I'm sure it will not end there. Wrestling is a non gender sports meaning boy and girls can participate. Wrestling is a team sport, but also individualized as each wrestler competes in a weight class where the end goal is to win a state title. Wrestling is a sport that will teach kids determination, hardwork , and humility. I as a coach will be tough but fair and teach the skills necessary to win. I would love to be able to share this great sport with the kids of liberty county.
