When asked, most people will state that they want Peace. Well, what steps as a country are we taking to create an environment and culture where Peace exist? The United States spends more than half a trillion dollars on the Department of Defense, previously the Department of War. Creating a Department of Peace is vital in the defense and health of the United States and of the world.
