Since new replacement parts are already in the lebanese customs awaiting clearance, any help from the parents pool to speed the process is a must at this stage

I have 2 kids in Elementary school:

PS: in addition to the heat, Im worried to send food like cheese or labne sandwich or anything that needs a cool temperature that will not last till first recess due to heat... tx you and hope everything gets fixed very soon...
