Locker rooms should be locked again and they should have armed security guards who will be capable of taking action in case of an emergency.

I've been complaining that the locker rooms do not have locks anymore and they have no intention of putting any on. They have in the workout rooms but not the locker rooms.

Also, panic buttons should be installed. Is there even a defibrillator like at airports?

There are not enough staff for lifeguards and people swim in the pool all alone sometimes.

Our JCC, that almost the entire community uses, is in DESPERATE need of proper security (and renovations / updating). In today's anti-semitic climate the lack of security is very pathetic.

Unfortunately, the world we live in today requires many more safety measures to be put in place. Panic buttons and doors that lock should be a priority.

Please put locks back on the locker room doors.
Please put panick buttons at desk to automatically close upstairs and downstairs metal doors in emergencies. Consider using gym to line up CJE and members and children when fire alarm is pulled. Outside line ups are too dangerous

GUN FREE ZONE? If you got rid of that mentality it would be a good start. Those signs are not for criminals and active shooters. They are directed at people who can carry according to the law. Does legal CCL make people feel unsafe? That's a big problem.
