If any other bussiness or place cannot deliver the service or product than you get a refund..... why is this any different. Its the state that closed the unit nothing to do with hunter reasoning.

I completely understood the purchase of PointGuard when I was going through cancer treatment and surgery. However, when a fire destroys and closes most of a unit after the draw, I support change to mirror other states in helping the hunter with certain, or largescale natural disasters. As hunters and conservationists, we spend a lot of money throughout the year with AZGFD. It would be amazing to see support from the State to the hunter during these times.

In the event Fish and Game closes a unit due to unforeseen issues such as a fire, they should give every tag holder the option to return a tag regardless of if they purchased or did not purchase point guard.

Please Change your policy on flrefunds and reimbursement of points for hunters when hunts are canceled by unforseeable events close hunting units or decimate the ladn by wildfires right before hunts.

I believe due to wildfires or other natural disasters game and fish should do a full refund with bonus points reinstated. It would be like selling something to someone and giving them a note saying it's their property but you can't let them use it. I know their are other agencies that do the closures. But they are all part of the same entity.

I support you and your cause. Completely different if you were the reason you couldn’t go, that’s why point guard was established.

Azgfd shouldn’t keep money from hunters when what happened with the wild fire is out of the hunters hands

When you roll the dice every year, hoping, hoping, hoping to get drawn for a hunt, it seems more than reasonable that adjustments are made when an entire unit is closed due to wildfires. You don't even need AI to figure this one out.....

I was a hunter who didn’t fill his tag and had to evacuate also. I have submitted my petition to G&F hoping for some type of compensation.

re-issue a new tag once the Bison area is reopened. AZG&F know that this Dragon-Bravo fire covered the entire area Bison frequent.

If a hunter is not allowed to access a significant portion of the public land open to them when they applied, their tag should be able to be returned prior to season start for a full minus the application fee.
