There are many channels on Sirius but one is sorely lacking, That is a channel for Steve Perry and Journey for the multitude of his fans. This music is classic and will never grow old as they continue to draw fans of this music daily. Let's give Steve Perry and Journey the recognition they deserve. Thank you. There are very few rock voices that are so strong. There a are very few ANY voices so strong. The songs given to us as true Journey and true Steve Perry hardly exist. Today's artists all try to sound alike. Journey with Steve Perry was unique and still lives amazing for all generations. Give Steve and Journey a channel. We will ALL be there.

The group Journey started out as a jazz fusion band. Their record company was ready to drop the band from their label. Steve Perry was hired by their manager Herbie Herbert to be their lead singer, which they were lacking at the time. Needless to say this was the best decision and the greatest addition that Journey could ever had. Once Steve Perry joined the group they skyrocketed to the top. Without Steve Perry's lead vocals and song writing ability the group could not have made it to the top without him. Steve Perry is Journey.
