One of the causes to overpopulation is the regulations to children throughout the world. In China there is regulation against families having more than one kid. This can also be a solution for overpopulation. The problem is that most countries don't have regulations so some people think they can have as many kids as they want. This causes more people to have kids and that will end up overpopulating the world.
