We, the undersigned, alumni members of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International residing in and/or doing business in or near Bismarck-Mandan, North Dakota, respectfully petition the International Executive Board of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International to grant a charter in the name of the Bismarck-Mandan Alumni Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.

We agree to be bound by the International Constitution and By-Laws of the Fraternity and the rules and regulations of the International Executive Board as they may be promulgated from time to time.
