We also back up to BLM. Have seen them occasionally but not in a pack. (2). The problem is my dog will take on anything on 4 legs. He weighs in at 130 but I do not think he could handle 2 or more at a time. He has already sent 4 dogs running loose home yapping. If they show up I will just have to use a warning shot.

Whenever nature's balance moves too far to the side of danger, it becomes incumbent for all of us to support that balance toward safety.

My property backs up to BLM and I see a BIG coyote daily going down the fence line , I was not aware that they can jump a fence or will dig underneath , I fear for the safety of my goats and mini horse do I now lock them in the barn at night, this may keep them safe at night but certainly not during the day time , something has got robe done about the growing coyote population out here. I'm all for trapping them!
