We do not get paid enough for the craziness of "an urgent care" environment, especially in this economy. When it comes to sick days & creating schedules, that's always done with constant reminders & not in a timely manner. & why are we getting penalized for calling out sick or going through a health issue? That should be illegal. Many of us work multiple jobs in order to survive. When the company is not appreciating their employees & running the company with thought for each employee with GENUINE CARE, people start to burn out & eventually leave. At the end of the day, we are all human. Working us 8-8 including on the weekends is inconsiderate. We have lives too.

Denied time off for religious holidays!! Illegal.
Company claim they want employees to have a good work/home life balance but changes schedule days and location without consideration to the employee. TGH Urgent management claims to want happy employees but it’s all about management. They get every night weekend holiday off. While employees have to work all holidays nights and weekends. Not even closed for Christmas. So much for home life . Employees hours from 8-8 . But they expect us to get out on time if they allow patients to sign in upto 8pm.

Company expects staff to work with 1 back office ,front office staff and 1 provider to see 50+ patients.no coverage for lunch. In 2 1/2 months got lunch 3 times ? Illegal!!!

there has been no moral support in this company since i’ve worked here in 2021, when your supervisors assume your mindset and work ethic based off one call out, i would say theyre not fit to be in charge of other hard working adults. especially the ones who pick up shifts and show up everyday
