the Cowboys should be allowed to wear there Decals to support the heros that were taken from the community. It's not hurting anybody if the Rams can come out supporting the BLM then the Cowboys can come out with decals to wear. It's no different then if a fallen NFL player passes they usually wear something on the helmet or jersey!
