To start a Neighborhood Watch Program in the Covington Community the program requires 25% (108 individual households) of the community to sign this petition. By signing you agreee that we, as a community, would like to partipate. Paticipation means volunteers from with in the community to act a s Block Captians organize meetings create phone lists and any other necessary tasks to create and maintain the Covington Neighborhood Watch Program.
