To our Political Leaders and the public,

We are writing you in a time of desperate need. We the people urge our political leaders to use public funds to fight the virus. Turning the economy off is not the answer, but utilizing stimulus to scale our medical infrastructure will produce a much greater impact. Even during this time of crisis, the economy can be responsibly stimulated by financing the construction of temporary medical facilities, creating new jobs within the medical field with expedited training protocols, and re-purposing domestic manufacturing for mass producing essential products necessary to fight this unprecedented threat.

  • Products: Utilize imminent domain to re-purpose manufacturing facilities to mass produce needed medical supplies.
  • Facilities: Release government bids to mass produce temporary structures to increase bed capacity.
  • Personnel: Make funds available to create 5,000,000+ temporary positions in the medical, transportation, and construction fields to ensure we can meet the needs of those who are sick.
  • Re-purpose: Give the opportunity for non-essential businesses to convert their currently shut down facilities to temporarily accommodate the need for additional triage and essential supply centers.

We as Americans possess the infrastructure and business leaders who can rise to the occasion. Together, we can fight COVID19 without creating economic damage that will permanently change the lives of middle-class Americans and the poor. If one thing is certain, we know the United States cannot subsidize our economy. No amount of money or resources can save an economy that is shut down. What we can do is unify as a country and address all who need medical attention.

We strongly urge you to change course and leverage funds to fight the virus. We are out of time and must act immediately.
